These Terms define the terms and conditions under which the WeliSpeak platform provides English language training services accessible via welispeak.com. Any use of the site implies acceptance of these terms.

• Platform: The welispeak.com website and all associated digital services.
• User/Client: Any individual or legal entity that subscribes to a training or coaching offer.
• Content: All courses, videos, PDF documents, and exercises provided.

Access to services requires creating a personal account. The User agrees to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information. The username and password are strictly personal and confidential. WeliSpeak is not liable for fraudulent use resulting from User negligence.

In accordance with applicable law, the contract is validly formed upon booking confirmation. Prices are indicated in XOF or local currency.

• Payment: Via secure methods integrated into the platform (Mobile Money, Credit Card).
• Validation: Access is only effective after full payment is confirmed.

5.1. WeliSpeak's Obligations: WeliSpeak undertakes to provide the necessary means to ensure service continuity and pedagogical quality. This is a best‑effort obligation.

5.2. User's Obligations: The User agrees not to use the platform for unlawful purposes. Any abusive behavior toward a trainer will result in immediate termination without refund.

Neither the User nor WeliSpeak shall be held liable for non‑performance due to a force majeure event (power outage, natural disaster, strike, administrative decision, etc.). WeliSpeak will, where possible, offer alternatives without any refund obligation.

• Online content: No right of withdrawal may be exercised once access to the content has been consumed.
• Sessions: Any session not canceled at least 24 hours in advance is due and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

All elements of the WeliSpeak platform (methods, logos, videos, texts) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any reproduction without express permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.

WeliSpeak is committed to protecting Users' personal data, collected solely for the management of training courses. The User has the right to access, modify, and delete their data in accordance with applicable law.

WeliSpeak shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform. WeliSpeak's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the service in question.

WeliSpeak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be binding on Users as soon as they are posted on the site.

After each service, users are invited to rate WeliSpeak. Content is subject to post‑moderation: offensive or false comments may be removed. WeliSpeak may also rate Users in the same spirit of respect and transparency.

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Abidjan, after an attempt at amicable resolution.

The Platform is published and operated by WeliSpeak, based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, registered with the trade register and represented by its manager. (Full details available upon request.)

This Policy fully governs any data processing carried out on the welispeak.com platform. Registration or simply browsing implies full, complete, and irrevocable acceptance by the User. No derogation may be asserted against WeliSpeak without prior written agreement.

WeliSpeak strictly limits data collection to what is necessary for the stated purposes:

• Identity Data: Name, first name, title – required to personalise the learning path.
• Contact Data: Email address and certified phone number.
• Performance Data: Test scores, progress metrics, attendance, and pedagogical interaction logs.
• Audiovisual Data: Recordings of live sessions, captured solely for review and quality control.

Data processing is based on a solid legal framework – Law n°2013-450:

• Contractual Necessity: Without this data, the teaching service cannot be provided.
• Legal Obligations: Retention of transaction data for tax and accounting requirements.
• Legitimate Interest: Fraud prevention, intrusion detection, and optimisation of learning algorithms.
• Specific Consent: For any use of data for direct marketing purposes.

WeliSpeak formally commits never to sell, rent, or tradeits Users' personal data to third parties. Any transfer to technical subcontractors is subject to absolute confidentiality obligations.

WeliSpeak's technical architecture incorporates bank‑grade security protocols:

• Symmetric/Asymmetric Encryption: Protects data at rest and in transit.
• Data Segregation: Isolates payment data from pedagogical data.
• Security Audits: Regular system reviews to prevent vulnerabilities.

By participating in live classes, the User consents to their voice and image being recorded. These recordings are accessible only to the student concerned and the teaching team. Any unauthorised distribution is subject to criminal prosecution.

• Pedagogical Data: Archived for 5 years after the last activity.
• Payment Data: Archived for 10 years (legal obligation).
• Deletion: Any account inactive for more than 36 months is irreversibly anonymised.

• Right of Access: Immediate access to stored information.
• Right of Rectification: Prompt correction of inaccuracies.
• Right to be Forgotten: Deletion of all data upon contract termination and expiry of legal obligations.

The Platform uses strictly necessary trackers for navigation. Users may opt out of comfort trackers (statistics) via the cookie management centre, although this may degrade the learning experience.

WeliSpeak reserves the right to revise this Policy. Users will be notified of any material changes electronically or by posting on the Platform – continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new provisions.
